The Expert Behind the Wisdom

Meet Norka Diaz

I’m Dominican American, born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. My journey later took me to the Washington, DC area and into an international career in finance, supporting central banks and governmental agencies on complex questions about investments, accounting, and financial reporting.

Outside the office, I was building a different education: investing my own capital. Over more than 30 years, I invested in real estate across New Jersey, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and overseas. I also built wealth through the stock market and expanded into real estate syndications.

That firsthand experience shapes what I teach today, connecting what I’ve studied with decisions I’ve made and lessons I’ve lived.
